Really yummy and easy to make! I used half cup white sugar and half cup brown sugar and I also added a teaspoon of vanilla and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. They turned out great!

Slow Cooker Oatmeal

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2009
This was a great way to make oatmeal. I was unsure about making it beacause of all the people who had problems but mine turned out great. I used my Little Dipper since I only had rolled oats and not steel cut. I put a liner in, added a half cup of oats and one and a half cups of water and let it cook overnight. 11 pm to about 9 am. When I lefted the top the oatmeal was creamy soft and wonderful. I will make this again and again for mornings during the week when I am running out the door for work.

Beef 'n' Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2009
Really good! The only thing that I would change is to add some sausage. Breakfast or sweet, with that addition this would taste like Polish Mistakes from this site.

Pumpkin Fudge

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2009
I had a little problem with this recipe, it turned into caramel. Perhaps I did not do something rights over boiled underboiled. The taste was out it of this world, and there were a lot of things that I could actually use the caramel for. So it did not go to waste.

Pasta e Olio

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2009
Pretty good and easy to make. I made this with whole grain pasta and served with pan seared chicken breasts and steamed broccoli. When the oil/butter mix was done I tossed everything together. This was quick easy and yummy.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2009
I have been making this for some time now and love it but I made a few changes. I only use one brick of cream cheese low fat, instead of ranch dressing I use blue cheese and replace the chedder cheese with mozz cheese and because I am a wimp I cut the pepper sauce back to a half cup. This is a favorite at parties and is gone quickly. I also serve with crackers and Fritos scoops.

Pumpkin Cookies I

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2009
I thought that these were wonderful! Soft and chewy I really enjoyed them. The only thing I did different was that I doubled the cinnamon. They took a while in the oven, I had my oven at 375 and it took close to 20 minutes for them to get done. Even with the increased time I would make them again.

Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2009
I thought that these were great! They could use about one more tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice and they will be perfect. I made two changes and that was to use 1/4 cup of dark rown sugar in place of white sugar and add a tablespoon of white sugar to the topping. Also instead of cold butter I used melted butter. This is def a keeper.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2009
Really yummy! My husband ate three sandwhiches and I really enjoyed it. Since I am a little bit of a whimp I added chicken broth in with the sauce and ranch. I also had fresh chicken on hand so I cooked it for 4 hours on high, at the 3 hour mark I took it out and shredded the chicken and put it back in the pot for one more hour. Topped the chicken with blue cheese dressing. It made a tom enough for leftovers. I will make this again.
