Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II
Thanks for your recipe.
I modified a little cause I think that's the great thing about it.... You can make to please who is eating it.
I added chives instead of onions, shrimp, chopped bacon, sugar snap peas, and julienne cut carrots at last sec, little thyme, celery salt too. BBQ my chicken breast with a little chicken rub and kraft onion bbq sauce and cut into thin slices once cooled completely. Omitted water, butter, and oil. Cooked it all in the bacon fat instead of oil. Bacon makes everything better:-)
Easy to make and taste even better the next day.
