Loved the simplicity, and my family ate enjoyed it, even my one year old. I threw in a chopped zucchini too.

Wonderful Waffles

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2013
My family liked them, but they weren't crispy. They were dense and eggy. Not what I was looking for, and yes, lots of clean up afterwards.

I had to watch for burning. They did turn out, and were delicious.

Banana and Vanilla Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2013
Fluffy, and moist. Chopped some pineapple and threw those in too. I made them into mini muffins, and baked them for 18 mins. The only thing that bugged me was that it stuck to the paper liners. Still delicious.

Tortellini Soup I

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2013
Easy, and delicious. I skipped the sausage part, since my tortellini had beef. Sautéed the onions and garlic in bacon fat, and followed the other steps. Served it with cheese biscuits. Thanks for sharing!

Butter Flaky Pie Crust

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2013
Beautiful! I didn't have time to chill the dough, so the dough was really crumbly when I rolled it out. It did work out, and the pie was so good! I brushed it with a little milk before baking.

Easy meatballs to throw on the oven for 30 minutes and finished off in the crockpot with sauce. Served over rice and steamed veggies, made a meal enjoyed by all.

They burned at 400F, next time try a lower temp. Good cookies though.

Roasted Butternut Squash and Garlic Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2012
This was so good, but a lot of work. I added sautéed mushrooms, and spinach in another layer. I didn't use the cream sauce, and it was fantastic. I will make again for special occasions.

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2012
Easy and delicious. I cut the recipe in half, and only did three thighs. I wished I cooked more, my kids were asking for more. I didn't have pineapple so I used half a can of peaches, and it worked well. Left out the ginger, cooked it on high for 3 hours and it was perfect. I added cornstarch and the sauce came out well. Thanks for a great recipe!

It was okay, I had to bake it for 50 min. a little on the bland side. I threw in some garlic powder too. I baked it in a 8x8 square dish.

Mrs. Fields Cookie Recipe I

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2012
This recipe made a delicious, chewy oatmeal cookie. I used white chocolate chips with some mini semi-sweet ones, and a splash of pecans. An extra step of grinding the oats, and rolling into golf balls, but worth the effort.

A hit with the kids, well, they picked out the strawberries and ate them first, and left the romaine. I thought it was pretty good too. Will make again :)
