Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2011
I was so disappointed with this recipe I can't even express it enough. I am a huge cheese lover and this was just oo cheesy, tasted nothing like Olive Garden like people said. It was more of a pasta with parmesan sauce. Almost like a mac and cheese and way too salty. INcredibly sad about it. Will try a recipe with way less cheese next time.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2011
This rocked! The only alteration I made was added salt to the breadcrumbs. I will add parmesan nexrt time. This was easy and delish! I made this last week and my husband is already begging for me to make this again. I paired it with Stouffer's potato baked and it was perfect! Highly recommend!

Chicken Pot Pie VI

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2010
Yummmmmmy! This is fantastic. I cut back on the cheese, used turkey instead of chicken and ommited the shrooms. I also added garlic powder, salt and black pepper. I let it cool for a little over 30 minutes before serving. Sauce was super thick and flavorful. Best chicken pot pie I have ever had.

Captain Crunch Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2010
I have made this twice. The first time I made it, I followed the recipe exactly and it was pretty good. This last time I made it I added a little garlic powder, salt and pepper to the Cap'n Crunch. I also used chicken tenders. I liked it much better with these changes. I do not see how using egg would make a difference. The cereal coats nicely and stays in place. The cereal caramalizes a little. Swee, easy and good.

Berry Trifle

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2010
I made this for a 4th of July BBQ. It was a huge hit. I still have people calling me for the recipe! The only thing I did different is, I used fresh whipped cream rather than cool whip and used frozen and fresh strawberries. I liked the frozen berries due to the juices. This is a keeper, but be prepred to hand out this recipe. People will rave!

Tangy Chicken

Reviewed: May 4, 2010
I followed this recipe exactly and it was delish, both me and my husband agree. It does make A LOT of sauce. You could easily half the ingredients for the sauce.

I would not make this again. My Mother and grandmother liked it, but I did not. Strange flavor. Very sweet...

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
Wow! This soup is awesome with some added spices. I have made this twice. The first time I followed the recipe and it definitely needed spice and was too watery. Big time. I made it a second time and it came out perfect with these changes. Rinse the black beans well, one can cream of chicken soup, two cans swansons broth, one can of rotel with green chiles. I did not drain the can and it was spicy. If you don't want the spice, definitely drain it. I also added about 1T cummin and 1T chili powder. I kid you not, the best tortilla soup I have ever had, and my family agrees. Every single one of them. My only request from my family is to double it!
