Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
Wow, it was my first time making Irish Soda Bread and it was pretty easy to make and tasted great. Upon TMoore's review, I turned down the temp. tiny bit to 370. Despite this attempt, the top crust was crispy and hard while a toothpick inserted into the center came out doughy. By the time a toothpick came out clean, the bottom crust was too crispy, dark, and hard. Next time, I'll try 350-360 degrees. Nonetheless, it was a great receipt and I really enjoyed it.
