Buttery Corn Bread

Very good!!! I made a lit'l change since I had 1 cup left over buttermilk & some flexeed milk. So I mixed those 2 milk to 1 2/3 milk. I didn't know if that change altered the timing. Instead of 27 min., my total time was about 55 min. W/ crusty exterior, moist & fluffy interior, it's more like cake than an ordinary corn bread.

Sassy Tailgate Sandwiches

It's delicious. However, I would caution anyone for using 2 sticks butter for this recipe. Either cut the entire sauce (4 ingredients) to 1/2, or double the amount of buns. Same for the cheese spread. It's way too much for 12 buns. Truthfully, you need 2 packages of buns to follow the recipe.
