Sweet and Sour Meatballs III

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
made this for an office potluck lunch...people were 'stealing' them before the lunch even started...many raves from coworkers. Will definitely make again. Used cheap frozen meatballs and store brand kraut/cranberry/spaghettie sauce and it was great. Don't like sauerkraut at all - but I loved these!

Slow-Cooked Broccoli

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
I made this for potluck at the office..since I tripled the recipe I used 2 cans of cream of broccoli soup and one broccoli cheese. I also use crushed croutons instead of the crackers. Very good, very easy...am making it again for a Xmas part

Corn Casserole III

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2008
This was excellent. Served with chili at a football party. Everyone loved it, many requests for the recipe. It did take a little longer to cook than indicated but it was great. Will be making it again super bowl sunday *** since I first reviewed it this has become one of the most requested dishes for me to bring to events...a 'signature' dish that's easy - gotta love it

Easy Seven Layer Vegetable Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2007
Made this for a large gathering, everyone wanted the recipe. I threw in broccoli and left out the green peppers. You could use whatever vegetables you happen to like. Definitely needs iceberg lettuce to keep from getting soggy. Very Good.

BLT Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2007
Excellent dip! It disappears every time I make it. If you are very short on time use canned diced tomotates (drain them) and a jar of real bacon bits. Awesome!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2007
I'm not usually a fan of recipes that start with a cake mix, but this is the best chocolate cake I have ever made. I also used the mini chocolate chips. I made it for an event tomorrow and 'taste tested' a slice just in case (I was planning on brining it pre-sliced). I may have to make another in the morning because the family is attacking this one. Wonderful cake, will definitely make again!!

I made this today and it was wonderful. Took the advice of several other reviewers and added some liquid smoke. Everyone loved it and could believe how easy it was. Will absolutely make this again!

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2001
Made this for 4th of July and it disappeared. Excellent salad. Just about everone wanted the recipe. I bought pre-cut broccoli flowerettes and got pre-cooked bacon so I had this salad ready in maybe 10 minutes - make twice what you think you need because it will disappear in a hurry. Everone wanted the recipe. This ones a keeper
