Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2014
This recipe is extremely versatile and you can't go wrong even if you modify it. I cut my fruit very small for this recipe and I think that's a key component to enjoy it. It's easier to "scoop" onto pita chips. I use pretty much any fruit I have in the house and I've made it with as few as three different fruits but no more than five different fruits. I've used cantaloupe (that's a must for me in this recipe), strawberries, and different kinds of apples. You absolutely must try it.

Creamy Slow Cooker Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2013
This was one of the easiest soups to make. I used condensed milk similar to other reviewers and also used all gluten free ingredients, including the flour which was a gluten free all-purpose baking flour. Still yummy! I added additional broth to cover the potatoes. One batch is enough for a family of four but there's nothing left over. I quadrupled this recipe for a teacher luncheon at my daughter's school and they all loved it!
