Libby's(R) Famous Pumpkin Pie
Excellent! I added a splash (1 tsp) vanilla which really enhanced the flavor. I used fresh pumpkin and everyone raved over the pie! For the fresh pumpkin I bought a small "pumpkin pie pumpkin" also called a "sugar pumpkin" (they are small and more tasty). Split it in half, bake face down 350 deg for about 45 min. The skin will fall right off. You can freeze any extra for up to 3 months.
