I believe this recipe would have been great as is, but since I do not have a kitchen scale, could not weight out 3/4 lb. of rhubarb. So I filled up my 2 cup glass measuring cup with rhubarb and an equal amount of strawberries (i love strawberries), used the full amount of sugar and added a tablespoon of corn starch. I also used heaping tablespoons of flour since I'm sure I had more fruit in the pie than intended. But it comes out perfect. Even though it doesn't have time to 'set', I love eating a piece warm from the oven with some ice cream. Will definitely make this again in the future.
