Applesauce Cake I

I have made this several times and kept forgetting to come on here and review it! This is an AWESOME cake! I added 1/4 tsp of vanilla to the batter, but other than that, I didn't do ANYTHING different! This cake is great JUST by following these instructions in this recipe! The only thing is for some reason my oven stinks at browning tops of things, so at the end of the baking, I turned the broiler on for about 3 mins to brown the top! My husband LOVES this cake! A new family fave!

Better than Sex Cake IV

A little messy, but soooo sinful! I used regular cool whip instead of making my own with the whipping cream, kind of a last minute decision, but works fine! Will definitely make this again!!

Gooey Butter Cake III

VERY easy to make, and I have made this for years, but also very easy to mess up! If you dont use the right size pan (13X9) it will not turn out right. This is a yummy cake though!

Sock it to Me Cake III

THIS CAKE IS SO AWESOME! I HAD LOST MY RECIPE FOR SOCK IT TO ME CAKE, AND SO GLAD I FOUND THIS ONE. I FOLLOWED ADVICE OF PREVIOUS REVIEWERS, SWIRLING THE FILLING THRU THE CAKE WITH A BUTTER KNIFE INSTEAD OF HAVING IT IN ONE BIG LAYER. AND I LOWERED THE TEMP ON THE OVEN TOWARDS THE END TO 350. INSTEAD OF USING THE DRIZZLE FOR ICING, I MAKE MY OWN HOMEMADE CREAM CHEESE ICING, WHICH YOU CAN FIND ON HERE, THERE ARE MANY RECIPES FOR IT. USING A LIGHT CREAM CHEESE FROSTING REALLY MAKES THIS CAKE A TREAT!! YUMMO!

Nutty Apple Crisp

This recipe is top notch!! The only thing I did differently was add a little more flour and oats. And we dont like nutmeg, so I used Cinnamon instead. It was sooo good that my husband had me make it again the very next day! Yumm!
