Sausage Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2011
This recipe is delicious and so quick and easy. I use 1 lb of pasta, between 1 - 1.5 lbs of sausage, 2 cups of chicken broth and 2 cans of diced tomato, with liquid. I then reduce the liquid quite a bit. Very scrumptious!

Cajun Shrimp Orecchiette

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2010
This recipe is delicious! I altered with two cans of fire roasted diced tomatoes, 6 oz of fresh baby spinach, 3/4 cup white wine, 5 cloves of garlic and 1/2 cup chopped green onions. I also added a couple small pinches of red pepper flakes. The sauce wasn't too thin and I thought it could have used more spice. Next time I will use 1 1/2 pounds of shrimp, 2 tsp of cajun seasoning and 10 oz of spinach (we love spinach in my house). I'm looking forward to having this again.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2009
Extremely easy and very yummy. I added about a 1/3 cup white wine in the begining. I also added about a cup of sour cream along with the cream cheese and soup. I will definitely be making this again.

Cheddar Ranch Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2009
I made this for a party and it got rave reviews. I would suggest cutting the bacon in half though, as it was a bit salty (and I didn't even use the full 3 ounces). This is very good and I will definitely keep the recipe for future parties.

Frank's® Red Hot® Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2009
I used both blue cheese crumbles and mozz, as I'm a cheese freak. Took this to a party and everyone loved it. I went a head and used Tyson canned chicken (in water) for convenience. My family didn't realize it was canned chicken and were surpirsed to find out it was. I will definitely make this again.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

Very delicious tacos! I used fresh oregano as a personal preference. Great get together lunch recipe that was a huge hit. I will definitely be making these again! Thanks for sharing, Marissa!

Pizza Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2009
I thought this recipe was just okay. Not bad, just okay. The best thing about it is the convenience of making it. I used Rotini instead of egg noodles and added more cheese. Even though I used pizza sauce, I didn't think it tasted like pizza. I think everyone else (parents and boyfriend) liked it more than I did.

The Best Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
I've made this twice already and everyone loves it. My mom even likes it more than her favorite potato salad recipe. I use about three times the pepperoncini peppers this recipe calls forand about twice the dill pickle relish. Very yummy! I will be making this recipe for the rest of my life!
