Slow Cooker Lime Chicken with Rice
Total disaster and the end result wasn't salvageable. It was all great going up until adding the rice. The chicken smelled awesome, looked moist and had I cooked the rice on the side I would have been in for a real treat. Once I added the rice, dinner turned into a mushy, unappealing, bland mess and the rice never really cooked even after being in there a REALLY long time and then Needless to say I was not able to serve it. Looks alone it was unappealing.

All-Natural No-Bake Cookies
I made these raw. I put all ingredients into food processor and whipped it up quickly and easily. I cut coconut oil down to 2 TB and also cut down the PB to I think around 1/2 cup, not sure didn't measure and honey to half of stated amount. The consistency and taste were perfect. Stored them in the fridge. Way better then snacking on chemicals and crud. Just be careful to use portion control. I cut down the PB, honey and coconut oil and looks to be around 111 cals a ball! I popped a few before I worked out today and felt great. 2 thumbs up.

Pesto Chicken Florentine
Good. I found this under healthy recipes but the Alfredo isn't healthy at all. I used the Alfredo packets (McCormick) as instructed. I used high protein spiral noodles and Kirkland rotisserie chicken. Would love to find a better healthier Alfredo that isn't chock full of sodium and think I would be more in love with the recipe if I did. If you are not watching what you eat and you know of a kick butt alfredo recipe then you will love this!
