Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole
I don't agree with the reviews that said it was bland - just use a salsa with more kick or a different brand. All my super picky ones ate this, had seconds and even told me how good it was. I used Jack's med salsa and felt that was perfect. I would recommend putting the chicken in the food processor after cutting to make the chicken smaller and more shredded - like just a few pulses. Will also attempt to do prep earlier in the day (like chopping the onion, making the chicken & rice, shredding the cheese) then assemble the casserole when I am ready for dinner. It was a large dish - too much for 4 people so plan for leftovers or feed to more people or maybe even splitting it into 2 pans instead of layering it and share the other pan. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Hoagie Bake
A winner! I am always looking for easy recipes as I am dieting an finding myself most nights making two separate dinners. I made as-is except all I had on me is turkey and ham and my two picky eaters gobbled it up and it wasn't greasy at all. I also halved the recipe by using one tube of 8 large crescents. 4 on top and 4 on bottom of pan. That worked out for 3 people eating it. No leftovers. Will definitely make again.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
So Easy and delicious! The only thing I changed was 93% ground turkey but everything else exactly the same. I made this mid-morning and put in the crockpot on simmer until dinnertime. This is a must have, no muss no fuss recipe. 2 thumbs up! Thanks for sharing Deb!
