Lentil Soup

Deelish. I used red instead of white wine because I didn't have any white. I didn't soak the beans because my bag said I didn't have to, but it took forever to cook (at least 2 hours.) WILL MAKE AGAIN!!!!!

Gary's Turkey Burritos

Very yummy. Used the tomato sauce with hot sauce added since I also coulnd't find the hot tomato sauce, and added a ton of hot sauce, some chili powder, jalapenos, and red pepper flakes. Still wasn't enough heat for us, but still want to make again and again. A keeper for sure.

Chicken Enchiladas III

It was a great idea generator, and very yummy, a keeper. I also thought it was a little heavy on the calories/sodium, so I used less cheese, used regular chicken (not canned), used enchilada sauce instead of milk. Next time I will add less cream of chicken soup to the sauce to give it a bit more spice. Again, thanks for the recipe--I will have many spin-offs recipes from it. PS: My husband liked it just the way it was.

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

Very yummy and added some uniqueness to plain salmon. I used different mustards on each piece---the honey mustard won over the yellow mustard, and the horseradish mustard was not so good. I'd recommend trying the honey mustard!

Hearty Tuna Casserole

My favorite tuna recipe. I'd been using it for years--it came in some recipe box in the mail. I am so glad I found it on here, because I had lost the recipe. It is such a good way to sneak in a vegetable. I never add the onions or celery--I love it without them.
