Zucchini Bread IV
This came out delicious, but I made a few adjustments. First of all, it does not need a whole cup of oil, I only used 1/2 a cup. Instead of 2 cups of white sugar, I used 1 cup white and 1 cup brown. I increased the cinnamon to 2 tablespoons, but thats only because I love cinnamon. It came out nice and moist, and it was probably healthier without all that oil. Thanks for the great recipe!(:

Blueberry Pie
I've made this recipe for almost every family gathering I go to and everbody loves it. I usually add 3 grannysmith apples. sliced and peeled, to the blueberries. I would definetly suggest adding more cornstarch then the recipe calls for because if you don't it turns out runny. I am also a big fan of cinnamon, so i put about 2 tablespoons instead of 1/2 tsp. Thanks for the great recipe!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I've made this cheesecake at almost every family get together and people always ask for it again. Just a hint: Don't use fat free cream cheese! It comes out chunky and watery. This recipe is perfect just the way it is. I like to add fresh blackberries or strawberries. Yummm.
