I used half brown sugar, half white and added a little cinnamon and a few chocolate chips. Yum!
Each time I bake something I try to make it just a bit healthier and eventually find the balance where it is healthy and still tasty. The second time I made this with 3/4 cup sugar (half brown, half white), used greek yogurt instead of sour cream, and substituted 1/2 cup of wheat flour for 1/2 cup of the white flour. Again, I added a little cinnamon and dark chocolate chips. It made 18 muffins baked for about 30 minutes. Delicious!
