Baked Salmon II
Glad I read the reviews before making this. I cut the oil by half, then added 1 Tbsp melted ghee (clarified butter). Also: cut the salt to 3/4 tsp, pepper to 1/2 tsp, and increased lemon juice to 3 Tbsp. Was delicious. I'll make this again and again. (Would be WAY too much oil if sticking with the original recipe)

Honey Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette
Tried as-is in recipe. Delicious! Agree with other poster that I won't by store bought any more. So easy.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Just made this. I love Brussels sprouts so I'll pretty much like any cooking method. Not sure why others say cook for 15 mins. I halved the sprouts yet still cooked for 35 mins and some were still a little crunchy. This recipe was ok. I'd probably cook them like this again as it's easy, but it wouldn't be my preferred method. Shortly steaming, then sauteeing with bacon and red wine vinegar is much tastier.
