About this Cook
i LOVE to EAT! so here i am, learning recipes to make. I eat as healthy as possible. I try to stick to all natural foods. I love Jillian Michael's quote: If it didnt grow from the ground or have a mother, dont eat it! Lol
My favorite things to cook
Veggies, anything using fruits and veggies. I rarely eat meat just bcuz i dont really like to handle it. But i do eat seafood. Cajun fried Catfish is my Weakness!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making one of my all-time favorite foods called Kim-Bop with my mom. It takes us hours. Its work! but its fun together. (Its similar to sushi rolls only its veggies--rice, carrots, spinach, pickled radish, and fish cake.. im forgetting some ingredients! Every ingredient though, is seasoned individually, so when you eat it, it is bursting with flavor!!!)
My cooking triumphs
Eating my delicious creation and sharing it w/others!
My cooking tragedies
I never measure anything, unless Im baking. Most times it comes out great, (i season to taste) but sometimes, it just doesnt work.

Berry Good Smoothie
this is berry berry good.. good stuff! no water, just juice and the honey like someone suggested. Threw in couple spoonfuls of vanilla yogurt too. this is really good! (Used strawberries & blackberries) Im going to try the frozen banana trick very soon!

Cheeseburger Meatloaf
Its like a cheeseburger thats a meatloaf.... soooo good!!! i took the suggestion to layer the cheese in the middle (meat, cheese, meat) & topped w/ ketchup and mustard.... omg this is so good! I was craving "a big hunk of meat" and this satisfied that craving! Makes a great cheeseburger for leftovers w/bread!

Healing Cabbage Soup
this is a great light soup! But, if youre going to be taking pills with this, you need to add a carb or a fiber, whether it be rice, dumplings, beans, or meat. Bcuz i made the mistake of not doing that and took some pills and a vitamin and i ended up throwing up. Oh and I didnt have chicken cubes so i used beef, and it was great. I agree with the others, this is a great base recipe, but feel free to add any goodies you like. I dont think u could mess this recipe up! (unless u add something stupid like chocolate, lmao)
