Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2009
MMM. The flavor on these is great! They are perfect. They come out best if you make small cookies. And watch not to leave them in too long! A minute or so can mean the difference between soft and crunchy texture. :)

Peachy Moist Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
They were so flufy and puffed up perfectly! But I wasn't much of one for the peachy flavor. I'll try this again subbing a little milk for the peaches and adding some spices or choclate chips. But i would still call them a sucess, just not my faves.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2009
AAHHH. Heaven in a cookie, if i do say so myself. They aren't cakey at all. I'm tired of being really excited about a recipie and getting stuck with puffy little excuses for cookies that wish they could be muffins. I needed a cookie with some meat on it's bones, and I got one. Next time, i'll add some crushed peanuts to the mix and see what happens. :)

Pancakes I

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2009
PERFECT PANCAKES. About 200 times better that bisquick, and the recipie is easy to remember. I like to heat up some brown sugar and honey with butter in a pan and pour it over the top, absolutely stunning :)

They were just okay. Didn't have that good old fashioned flavor I was looking for.

Blueberry Drop Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2009
Not my favorite cookie, but good none the less! I loved the lemonyness of them, and they were so fluffy, it was beautiful! They were like teeny tiny little muffin imposters. :) But they really were a unique cookie, so they deserve a thumbs up!

Pizzelles II

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2009
Whoaa! My family uses this recipie too :) Alot of people seem to to be having trouble getting them to crisp up--- the best way is to leave them on racks over night and then wrap stacks of them in wax paper. you also need to make sure you are using an iron that is thin enough for them. :)

Blueberry Buckle

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2009
THIS RECIPIE WAS DELISH. I made a double batch and made some muffins alongside the cake. It was a little heavy on the blueberries, and a little sour because of that. (But i was also using the most fricking gigantic blueberries your eyes will ever see). No problem though, i'll just add some more sugar next time. The texture was great, it was super easy (nailed it on the first try), I thought it was perfect. Tasted like I bought it in a bakery. The crumbly topping was by far the greatest advent of this century, and this one is simple and sweet and to die for. Pile it on, ladies. (or gents.) :)
