Followed the recipie, but made a double batch. I ended up with 15 regular sized tarts. This was delicious I will be making them again for sure.

This recipie is delicious and I have made it again and again. I often use fruit other than raspberries. Blueberry is my favorite!

Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2009
These were fabulous! I did substitute the ketchup for barbeque sauce after reading the other reviews. Other than that I followed the recipie exactly, and slow cooked the ribs for 6 hours. They fell right off the bone and were delicious!

Candied Garlic Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2009
These wings were excellent! I did follow the suggestion from another review to add vinegar, I included 1/2 cup white vinegar and left the rest of the recipie as is. They turned out great! Exactly what I was looking for in a sweet wing. The sauce was nice and thick and sticky. Thanks for the great recipie! I will be making the again and again.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2010
This was fantastic! I substituted brown sugar for white, and red wine vinegar for cider vinegar (only because i didn't have the required items in my pantry). It still turned out very good. I made it with a slightly different method. First I sliced my chicken breasts into strips, and fried in olive oil until fully cooked. While I was doing this I cooked the sauce in another pan, and let sit over low heat until it thickened. When it reached my desired thickness, I just tossed the chicken strips in the sauce, and served over rice. Very easy and very yummy! ** Also, I did not double the recipe and found it was enough to coat 4 chicken breasts that had been sliced. There was extra sauce too which I drizzled on top before serving.

Mahogany Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2009
These were good. They did not quite have the specific flavour I was looking for, as I was looking for a very sweet flavour. These were sweet, but had some kick to them. The sauce turned out very well, nice and thick and sticky. I marinated the wings over night and then baked on a cookie sheet with the sauce poured over them. I will probably make these again.

Lemon Cream Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2009
These were good. Due to my experience in making lemon muffins/cupcakes, I figured that these would not be lemony enough for me - so right off the bat I added the zest of a whole lemon, and 4tbsp of lemon juice to the batter. After filling my muffin tin, I also added a drop of lemon juice to each one individually. They came out with a wonderfull lemon flavour. I did not try the frosting, but these cupcakes tasted great and had a really nice fluffy texture.

Lemon Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2009
These were alright - in my opinion the deifnently need a lot more lemon flavour. I tried them with the lemon glaze as other reviews suggested, this helped out and was very good. I did not like the texture of the muffins. Next time I will be adding more lemon juice and rind, and reducing the baking power as others suggested.

Balsamic Marinated Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2009
Followed the recipie exact - I found it good, but the flavour was not quite as strong as I was expecting (and would have liked) it to be. I marinated the chicken for about 6 hours before cooking. Next time I may try to marinate overnight, or make a glaze instead. All in all it this is a good recipie which could use some minor tweaks to suit personal taste and preference.
