Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This was fantastic! I substituted brown sugar for white, and red wine vinegar for cider vinegar (only because i didn't have the required items in my pantry). It still turned out very good. I made it with a slightly different method. First I sliced my chicken breasts into strips, and fried in olive oil until fully cooked. While I was doing this I cooked the sauce in another pan, and let sit over low heat until it thickened. When it reached my desired thickness, I just tossed the chicken strips in the sauce, and served over rice. Very easy and very yummy! ** Also, I did not double the recipe and found it was enough to coat 4 chicken breasts that had been sliced. There was extra sauce too which I drizzled on top before serving.

Balsamic Marinated Chicken Breasts
Followed the recipie exact - I found it good, but the flavour was not quite as strong as I was expecting (and would have liked) it to be. I marinated the chicken for about 6 hours before cooking. Next time I may try to marinate overnight, or make a glaze instead. All in all it this is a good recipie which could use some minor tweaks to suit personal taste and preference.

Lemon Chicken Tenders
These were good, I did not make the lemon sauce though.
