Chicken Dijon

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2010
This recipe was a good base. It just seems to be lacking something. I did add the provolone prior to adding the sauce. I sauteed the chicken with a garlic pepper seasoning and then added minced garlic before the flour. Everyone liked the finished product. I do believe I will use stone ground mustard next time.

Cheeseburger Buns

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2009
I've been making this recipe for years. My kids love them. I generally use ground beef, pizza sauce, minced garlic and onion, and mozzarella cheese. However, I've done taco filling and and egg and sausage filling. So many different options, just depends on your taste. This recipe makes a lot and they reheat great, as well.

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2009
This mac and cheese was very creamy and delicious. The only thing I would do different next time is decrease the pepper to 1/2 tsp. I thought the cheese to pasta ratio was perfect. My kids devoured this in no time.

Felix K.'s 'Don't even try to say these aren't the best you've ever eaten, because they are' Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2009
These are incredibly good! I was a little worried because of the extra flour. I tested one in the oven first and turned out so yummy! Thanks for sharing!

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2009
The seasoning was perfect, but you don't need anywhere close to 3/4 cup of olive oil. I baked this in a bag breast down for 3 hours (25 lb turkey) and then turned over breast up for another hour. It came out very tender and juicy. The herbs and garlic really made this bird extra special. I'll be using this recipe again next time.

Cornbread Dressing II

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2009
It came together and set well, but I thought it needed more flavor. I added quite a bit of poultry seasoning and turned out pretty good.

German Chocolate Cake III

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
This cake turned out light, fluffy, and moist. I used the recipe for the filling on the box of Baker's Chocolate. I also used the Creamy Chocolate Frosting recipe (found on this site) to ice the sides of the cake. The presentation was very nice.

Chunky Monkey Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2009
These were very yummy. My daughter said they were the best she has ever tasted. They're very sweet, so a little went a long way. I think next time I'll omit the chocolate chips (much to my daughter's dismay).

Summer Squash Chicken Alfredo

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
This was really good. I sprinkled the chicken and veggies with Mrs. Dash Tomato, Herb, and Garlic seasoning, as well as garlic salt. Then I grilled everything. I mixed the pasta and chicken with the sauce and placed it in a casserole dish. I placed the veggies and tomatoes down the center and sprinkled with the parm. I baked it for about 15 minutes and then topped with the crumbled bacon. Everyone loved it. Thanks!

Cinnamon Rolls II

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2009
These were so yummy. I made these the night before and them put them in the fridge overnight. I pulled them out in the morning, let them rise for about an hour and a half, them baked. So good! Although, it made a lot! I ended up sending one of the pans to my neighbor. My husband is starting to complain about me fattening him up.

Premium Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2009
I love this recipe. I tripled the recipe, as I have a large family. I baked 3 of the pizzas and froze the remaining 3 for a quick meal on another day. I had to add about an extra 1/2 cup of flour per batch. The only complaint I have is that it didn't brown well on the bottom of the crust. I used a baking stone sprayed with a little olive oil. I really liked the thin, crispy texture though. This recipe is definitely worth keeping.

Baked Fresh Cherry Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2009
This is an awesome recipe. I made one of these yesterday for a house warming. It was so yummy, my husband asked me to bake another one for his parents, as well as a third to keep at home! I did increase the amount of sugar to 1 1/4 cups, as the cherries I used were very tart. To pit the cherries I used a small, hard plastic child's straw. It worked amazingly well. It popped the pits right out in seconds. Although, I must say, I will definitely be wearing gloves for this process next time! Great recipe!
