I really though this recipe would turn out rich & creamy, but the cheese & noodles stuck together in clumps. I know this might be partially my fault as I did not measure the noodles very precisely. I also added about a half-cup more milk thinking that might make the recipe very creamy. I also had problems with a few of the noodles on the top getting hard & dried out. Don't get me wrong, this cheese mac TASTED very good, it just didn't very appetizing. Pretty good recipe & I do plan to make it again--Thanks!
