Pork and Sauerkraut Stew

this is a really good recipie for those that like pork and sauerkraut, I cook for 2 so I used less than called for but I always eyeball and cook to taste. used 1 chopped onion, no garlic 1 cup of a pino wine, no apple and no browning sauce which is mostly for color anyway, and I used boneless pork steaks not chops (these cost less but cook ohh so well), follow the rest of the directions, added salt and pepper to taste and as always I use caraway seed hand crushed for extra umph!, Very Good!

Laurie's Shepherd's Pie

I found this recipie easy to put together after a day at work. I did a few shortcuts though, I added seasonings, salt, pepper and a garlic herb blend (light on the garlic), and my boyfriend is not fond of cream corn so I added a can of regular corn and for the saucyness I added a can of golden mushroom soup (undiluted) and a touch of butter. It was a hit when the guy wants more than 1 helping! I did find It needed to be in the oven longer (I did adjust for my oven) I left it in 10min's longer at 355 and it still could have gone atleast 10min's more but overall a great recipie to work with.

Pear Pie III

This was easy to put together and looks so good, and to top it off...its great...add a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy! My boyfriend said it was too pretty to cut..but that didn't last long.

Rossi's Sausage Gnocchi

Let me tell you, this was a joy to make and it was very husband loved it and kept walking in the kitchen with his nose in the air! I added a little splash of whistishire(spelled wrong) and finely chopped green pepper and splenda (1 pk) inplace of regular sugar and it had just enough zing to it was great...very much a keeper!

German Style Kielbasa

I have to say I was skeptical of my boyfriend and the apples but he loves kielbasa and surkraut and guess what?..he loved it!.. I did add sauteed onion and caraway seed, also salt and pepper to taste. Very good! will have to play with this one again and do

Easy Peach Cobbler

I have tried other recipies that are as easy, this one is good but it definatly needs to cook longer. The first time I made it, it was not still doughy/runny..very disapointed, but I made it again since it had good flavor and I baked it covered for 30min's then uncovered til browned and knife came out fairly clean
