Awesome Italian Hoagie Spread
I made this for a party based on all the good reviews and I'm not sure if my deli's quality of meat wasn't up to par or what but I didn't get the "fantastic-ness" of this recipe. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad by any means but for me, I'm not sure I'll make it again. I did use low fat mayo so maybe that is what did it? Also I didn't see any benefit of adding the tomatoes. If I make this again I do think what I'll do is spread in between some good italian bread, let it sit for a while to blend flavors and cut serving as finger sandwiches.

Tamale Pie Pronto
I used diced chicken vs ground beef just because that is what I had thawed. I subbed in a can of Rotel for the regular can of chopped tomatoes since I love the flavor/spice but I did totally leave out the ketchup. I just didn’t think it belonged for my taste. Very good! I will make this again!! Thank you for a great recipe!

Buffalo Chicken Dip
This is a great dip recipe and versatile to tweak to ones taste of what they like for 'Buffalo Chicken'. I usually bake vs using a slow cooker but have done both. I top with green onions for some color and additional flavor. The best was adding in crumbled gorgonzola and additionally topping the mixture with pre-cooked crumbled bacon. Yummo!
