This recipe was wonderful. I used the beef broth instead of water as suggested by another member and added cut up onions, green peppers, carrots, celery and a bay leaf. Absolutely delicious, so easy and the gravy was just as good as they say. We shredded the leftover meat and added it to the gravy and had open-faced roast beef and mashed potatoes the next day. It was great!! This will be my pot roast recipe from now on.
