This recipe has made it impossible to show up at a family function without bringing them! You MUST use Ghiradelli chocolate morsels when making them. (it is the only brand that will melt well for me) Good luck and be warned that if you make these once, you will forever be hounded about bringing these everywhere you go!!

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

This was great! I used balsamic dressing in place of balsamic vinegar and switched the measurements of the balsamc and the soy sauce. Very good : )

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This recipe was great! Instead of ham and regular cheese I used provolone and prosciutto. Also, instead of using 6 breasts I used 4 and the sauce was the perfect amount. Thanks for the delicious recipe!

Chocolate Pound Cake III

This cake was decent. The coffee taste was too noticable for me (a non coffee drinker) and I don't believe this cake could hold up on it's own without a frosting or glaze. I tried to use just fruit and confectioner's sugar and it was not great. I actually ended up having to throw away the leftovers that were just sitting in my fridge, untouched. Maybe it just wasn't for me! :)
