Good soup! I used bullion in the eight cups of water to add a little extra flavor. I also used more spinach because I love spinach

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2012
Delicious! A big hit with everyone. I used half of a chicken in place of chicken breasts. I boiled the chicken for about 2 hours, skin, bones and all, to make my own chicken stock. Then, I picked the chicken clean.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2007
Okay, I've tried alot of pizza crust recipes and always ended up with something thick and heavy. I was just about to give up, then I found Jay's recipe. Love it! This is as good as the pizza shops. I make the "Exquisite Pizza Sauce" to go with the crust. Excellent.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Delicious! I made these to hand out to the neighbors for Christmas but my family wouldn't keep their hands off of them so I had to make more for the neighbors. A big hit!

Black Bean and Salsa Soup

This is a very tasty and filling soup. My teenage daughter will make this on her own. It is very easy to make and goes well as a side with your favorite Mexican dish.

Ukrainian Dill and Garlic Pickles

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2011
Delicious! We had a bumper crop of cukes this year so I was handing out jars of pickles to whoever came to visit. Remember, these have to be kept in the refrigerator after you jar them and I was running out of room. Everyone loved them. The first batch I made just like the recipe said and we had a few people tell us "too much garlic" I love garlic but I had to agree with them. The second batch I cut the garlic in half, much better. This is definitely a keeper. Thank you for sharing!

Baking Powder Biscuits

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2009
This is an excellent biscuit recipe. I made it just the way the recipe said except I gently patted the batter into shape in my hand instead of rolling it out. They are light and fluffy with a great taste. I would like to try them with a little whole wheat flour and butter, instead of shortening, next time. Definitely a keeper.

Maple Dill Carrots

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2007
These are quick to make and very good. I cut out the dill the first time I made them only because I didn't have any on hand. We liked them so much that I never tried them with the dill.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2011
Big hit! I used three chicken breasts instead of two. I also used the packaged enchilada sauce instead of jars. I didn't use monterey jack cheese because I didn't have any. I used cheddar and mozzarella instead. So good!

Coconut Cream Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2012
Absolutely delicious! Rich and creamy, no need to use cream in place of milk. If you let the pie sit until the next day, the coconut comes through even more. I didn't want to waste the egg whites so I made a meringue Using 1/4 C. sugar and egg whites beating until stiff peaks form and baking until peaks start to turn golden.

Spinach Pasta Salad

Reviewed: May 22, 2012
Absolutely Delicious! A whole onion is too much though. Next time I'll try a sweet variety of onion and only use half. I also want to try adding cherry tomatoes like other reviewers said, that sounds really good!

Fat Pete's Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2010
Excellent! You don't need to use peanut butter if you want just plan fudge. I used all chocolate chips because I didn't have a candy bar. I also only used one jar of fluff by accident and it still turned out great. If you use peanut butter, don't warm it in the microwave, like some suggest, because it gets way too runny, unless you want to pour a layer of peanut butter on top of the fudge.

Jif® Peanut Butter Blossoms

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2010
Very nice cookie. A big hit with the family. It was easy to make. As others said, make sure your kisses are unwrapped and ready to go into the cookie so that they don't crack too badly. I think next time I make these I will omit the part where you roll the dough in the sugar. They seemed a little too sweet to me.
