Lemon Meringue Pie

This is such a Delious Lemon Meringue Pie Recipe. Im always wanting to find one better than the one i have. Its Great !!!

This is a very good Bran Muffin Recipe, my son really loved them. I had just enough left-over batter to pour into a pie plate and bake that when it came out we sprinkled confectioners powdered sugar on the top. As my son said," Man these are yummy.

Hot Water Cornbread

This is one of the best Hot Water Cornbread recipes i've come across. The sweetness of the sugar is perfect as well as the salt. I've also added just a teaspoon of flour to the batter after it cools a bit, this gives it a little extra texture after cooking. Since i enjoy alittle spice in alot of my cooking i'll add minced onion, jalapeno and one half cup of drained Whole Kernal Corn to half the batter, its great.
