Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Juiciest chicken my hubby and I have ever had!! Used one 5# bird, marinated for 6 hours, and only cooked it for 4 hours; it was done to a turn. I basted it a little in the last hour or so. The drippings also made a great cream gravy. Will make again, next time for company. Delicious!!!!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Delicious!! I used 10 JUMBO mushrooms, and the filling was perfect. To top them off, I mixed together some extra Parm. cheese, dried breadcrumbs and dried Italian seasoning, and dipped the mushrooms in that. Baked as specified, but broiled for one minute to make the topping crunchy. They were great as a main dish, with a Caesar salad on the side. Will certainly make them again.

Grilled Swordfish with Rosemary

This was SOOOOO tasty and juicy! Grilled it after marinating for about 1 1/2 hours. My husband and I really enjoyed it, served with rice pilaf and steamed broccoli. The leftovers made a great addition to a dinner salad, drizzled with a little Italian dressing. Yummy!!!!!!!

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms I

These were a wonderful opening course. I added a little parmesan in with the bread crumbs for the topping and it was excellent. Will definately make this again!!

Feta Cheese Foldovers

These were so delicious!! I made them for our annual Christmas Party, and they were gone in no time! I did get 18 appetizers from each package. Made them the night before, popped them in the oven as guests arrived, and they were wonderful.
