Fruitcake Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
Excellent recipe; I made these he other night to share with others for Christmas. Excellent easy to prepare recipe; make sure you to not let them turn a medium brown, make sure they are consistantly light brown in color when removing from the oven. A medium brown is closer to a scorching of the dried fruits which can become hardened in the cookie mixture. Cook until VERY lightly browned :). I followed the recipe exactly as given and they turned out great.

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2009
GOOD BYE MANWICH!! :)... and hello Sloppy Joes; true tasting sloppy joes! Thank you for this recipe, I absolutely loved it and husband did as well. This will be the only recipe for this dish I will ever use again :), and I have already shared it with two friends. I did make a slight modification by adding one small/diced yello onion, as well as a couple shakes of Tobasco sauce and a pinch of crushed red pepper seeds. But without your base recipe I could not have improved on it (for myself,) this is truly a reipe keeper and will only use this one in the future. Again, thank you very much for sharing.

Easy Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2009
Excellent recipe! I used 6 boneless chicken tenders; which was perfect for 3 people. I also added salt/pepper on the tenders after removing from oven. I did not find this recipe to be soggy at all; husband and I both loved it and will definitely make it again :) ... I served the chicken along side with baked potato, peas and corn. I had to give our 2 cats a tender to let us eat in peace :) ... added this one to my saved recipes, thanks for the recipe!!
