About this Cook
I'm a student, so sometimes I have very little time to make meals. Over the summers is when I really take time to improve my skills.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook anything healthy and natural!
My cooking tragedies
I once tried to make some oat meal and strawberry pancakes.... it looked like lumpy, pink scrambled eggs. Yuck!

Cranberry Orange Loaf
This is delicious! I added in a bit more cranberries and orange zest than asked for. I also used whole wheat flour, it added extra texture, which is what I wanted! Oh, I used a mixture of agave nectar and truvia sweetener instead of sugar. This recipe will become a holiday staple in my home!

Broccoli Cheese Soup
This is really good! I added a bit more cheese and garlic powder. I also left out the onion. I will make this again, it was so quick and easy!

Dawn's Candied Walnuts
YUM. I used pecans instead of walnuts, no big deal I did use half truvia (6 packets) and half white sugar. I also used soy milk instead of cow's. Yay for lower calories! I love this and will for sure make it again.
