Very good and very easy to make. Everybody loved my prime rib and it was the first time I ever made prime rib. The only thing I would suggest is when you start cooking your prime rib at 500 degrees for the first 20 minutes, just keep an eye on it...mine started to cook really fast and and almost started burning the top of the meat. I just turned it down and put foil over the top of the meat and let it cook. It had a perfect crispy top.
