Garlic Cheddar Chicken

4 stars because I made changes to the amts of the ingredients. 10 stars with my modifications. I used sharp cheddar cheese and up all the spices to 1 tsp. I also use 1/2 bread crumds & 1/4 cup Panko. Scooped out the garlic after sauteeing and spread them on top of the meats before bakng. This came out really good. Best chicken I ever made. No leftovers YEAH!!!Thank you BAYLOR66.

Pan-Fried Asparagus

I used EVOO & butter in equal amts. And it came out better. Too much butter like the other reviwer said. And I added the garlic towards the end of cooking. Added a large baked tomato in the center for color & decoration

Fisherman's Quick Fish

I was hesitant to make this recipe because of the potato chips but went & tried it anyway. Am so glad that I did! It was really good, I did not even change a thing. Would definitely make this again. As a matter of fact, I went & bought more cod fish when I went shopping this week. It's a keeper!

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

I made this chicken and folowed the direction exactly since it has very good reviews. Unfortunately, it's bland. The meat was juicy but the taste was just ok. Also, my chicken cooked longer than what it stated (even using a convection oven) It needs something else. I will not be making this again.

I am not rating this recipe bc I have not made it yet. Upon reading the reviews, most of you are adding "pesto". Can someone tell me what kind of pesto are being used since there are different kinds of pesto out there? TY.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Very good & easy to make. The only thing I would like to say is it takes more than 2 minutes to broil the fish, maybe 4-5, i just kept an eye on the fish so it won't over cook. This dish is super. I added about 1/8 tsp of salt & 2 T of Japanese Panko for an extra crunch, other than that, I followed everyhting exactly as is. It's hard not to deviate from the recipe but this one does not need it. It's a keeper

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

This is a super mashed! Simple & easy to make. I roasted my garlic (whole head sprinkled with EVOO) and the flavor was amazing. Scaled it to 6 servings. WOW!!!I also added mine with Lobster meat (sauteed in eVOO/butter) and mushroom gravy sauce, it's even better than the one from the Continental Resort. Served with crab cakes! It's a keeper! My picky daughter even loved it!

Mom's Best Pork Chops

This was very easy to make and really good. I was hesitant @ first bc of the saltine crackers but I am glad that I did. Had this for dinner last night. I added the s/p with the crackers, and rubbed a little on the meat b4 dipping in the eggs. This is great recipe. TY 4 sharing.

Tomato Pie II

This is really good. I added my own with olives, more onions , S/P and anchovies. I almost couldn't stop eating this pie til gone!!!! Next time, I will be adding some green bell peppers, more tomatoes and maybe some shrooms. It's a keeper!

Spence's Pesto Chicken Pasta

Made this recipe for dinner last night, I had to tweak this recipe a lttle because it is too dry. I ended up adding1.5 cups of water since my family always prefer gravy on the pasta. Here's what I did: Added 1.5 cups water (chicken broth), more S/P, more spinach, 1 .5 cups of pesto and 2 cubes of chicken bouillion. I sude angel hair pasta on this one. I skip the artichokes because i ddn't have it on hand. I also breaded the Thin sliced, cut up chicken breast only because we don't like our meat thick. This is better than chicken scampi.

Pan-Poached Alaskan Salmon Piccata

OMG!!!I got rave reviews for making this salmon served on my new year's eve party of 100 guest. The only changed I made was using less lemon juices. This recipe is served at high-end restaurants and is excellent. Served wth spinach rice & it was perfect. You can actually use red Snapper also instead of salmon and it's also very good. I took the advise of other reviewers and used 3/4 cup white wine while reducting and oh my....No leftovers!!!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Made this for my 100 guest at my new year's eve party, they called it the "best ever orgasmic cake", they thought it was bought at the bakery store. I used "super moist choc. cake mix and just followed the directions and amounts of the ingredients. Tx denise for the delicious recipe, it's a keeper
