Triple Berry Crisp

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

The marinade is the key...these are absolutely delicious. I cooked them on wooden skewers, which takes awhile to put together, but totally worth the effort. They look amazing and taste wonderful.

Wave Your Flag Cheesecake

This is a very pretty, crowd pleasing cake. It turned out beautifully and tastes delicious as well. Made it for our 4th of July party and everyone loved it.

A one quart Mason jar DOES work, but you have to be patient and take time to push everything down. What helped I found was after putting in the chocolate chips, when add the flour tap the jar several times and you will have more space. This turns out looking very nice in the jar!

Steakhouse Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine

This is delicious; not as sweet as I expected, but that can be tweaked. I made this recipe using the bread machine but took the dough out before it rose for the last time, rolling smaller loaves and making the bread in mini loaf pans.

Summer Zucchini Casserole

I really liked it but there is *something* missing, not sure what. I kept wanting to have a little more flavor. Maybe adding another 1/2 box of the stuffing would give it some zing. I sauteed the zucchini for 5 minutes with the onion in some olive oil; it still had a lot of crunch to it even after baking for 25 minutes. Over all, a great recipe for company!
