I had never made homemade meatball before this recipe because I thought they would be time consuming, but I have made these 3 times in 6 weeks, and they come out perfect. Had I known they were extremely easy to make and tasted so fantastic, I would have made these years ago. The first time I made it according to the directions and they are great, but since then I have increased the egg by 1, added minced onion, and a little milk--just for personal preference only. I make these on the weekends and freeze them for use during the week while I am in school. You will be asked to make these over and over--they have that much flavor and are so moist.
