Meatball Sandwich

I had never made homemade meatball before this recipe because I thought they would be time consuming, but I have made these 3 times in 6 weeks, and they come out perfect. Had I known they were extremely easy to make and tasted so fantastic, I would have made these years ago. The first time I made it according to the directions and they are great, but since then I have increased the egg by 1, added minced onion, and a little milk--just for personal preference only. I make these on the weekends and freeze them for use during the week while I am in school. You will be asked to make these over and over--they have that much flavor and are so moist. Shrimp and Crab Casserole

This recipe has very good taste and is hot and filling. We were a little skeptical about trying this, but we are so glad we did. To me, it is like really good comfort food. We make it at least once a month for dinner. If you like seafood, you will love this.

Brown Sugar Smokies

A really big hit at a recent family gathering. I did follow a recommendation of drizzling some molasses over them and then topping with brown sugar. May not be healthy, but we have to splurge once in awhile!

Bronco Burger

This has good flavor and a kick. I followed the recipe exactly, but I think I might add some bacon next time. Impressive burgers that will be on our menu regularly.

No Bake Cookies III

This is my favorite no bake cookie recipe! I have made these for a few of my family gatherings,and there are never any left. I would definitely boil them for 2 minutes though. Thanks for the recipe.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IX

I have made oatmeal raisin cookies using this recipe the past 3 times. My Hubby absolutely loves these. I make these when I want to do something extra special for him. Great recipe. You can't go wrong with this cookie. Thank you for sharing Cal.

Scalloped Corn I

I was very delighted with this recipe. I did only use 1 tablespoon of sugar as recommended, but I still would have very much liked it with 2. I plan on making this a regular item on our dinner menu. Thank you for sharing this recipe Carla.

Three-Meat Stromboli

My hubby & I loved this! It will be a regular at our gatherings from now on. I think I may try adding slices of tomato the next time I make it. You just can't go wrong with this at a party. Thanks for the recipe Jude.

Tomozzakala Salad

Made this for the first time today. We had company who are health conscious people, and they loved that it was simple yet had such wonderful flavor. We as host also thought that this side was spectacular and can compliment many main dishes. I will be making this regularly, and especially now that our tomatoes have have started to ripen on the vine! Thanks for the recipe Apricot20
