Very good recipe! I gave it 4 stars cause I tweaked a little, but it is a 5 star recipe. I used green chilie enchilada sauce instead of the regular enchilada sauce. I also added black beans, but not the canned kind. They tend to get mushy and nasty. So I used the kind from a bag. I put everthing in the crock pot the night before and added the beans. As a way to "soak" overnight. The beans were a good addition. Came out good. We topped with fresh cilantro and squeezed lime juice on top with sour cream, cheese and baked tortillas! Wonderful! It would have been even better if had fresh avacado.
