Gazpacho a la Mrs. Landesman

Delicious, the right amount of spice and yet allowing the taste of the vegetables to come through. I would advise to be cautious of the amount of garlic if you are not a big fan, although it deffinately adds character to the dish.

Easy Sour Cream Cheesecake

It was super easy and very delicious. Did reserve 1/3 of batter and added some melted chocolate, and for the rest added a little bit of marmalade, and then added the chocolate batter in spoonfulls for taste variance. Will deffinately do again as a basic recipe, with diff. flavors added.

Sweet and Buttery Turnips

Delish, after adding butter and sour cream,tasted and decided that it was already delicious and did not need any additional ingredients. Will try to finish recipe next time.
