Apple-Raisin French Toast Casserole

3 simple changes. replaced 1 c of milk with half and half,used pepperidge farms cinnamon raisin bread cut into quarters and added a tsp of nutmeg. Delicious

Sharp Cheddar Dip

I always look for quick and easy recipes. Found this one and took it to a ccokout at a friends house. Everyone loved it. The only thing I did different was I used whipped cream cheese and used an electric mixer to whip and served it with everything bagels cut in bite size pieces. It took 5 min. to make. Loved that. A definite keeper.

Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

I have made this recipe several times. The only thing I did different was used less bacon. I think 10 slices is too much. Cut it down to 4 just for flavoring. Quick super easy recipe. Almost always have the ingredients on hand so go to this recipe when I don't feel like going to the store. Like today when the wind chill is below zero.

Bacon Cheese Treats

I really liked this recipe. Instead of bacon I used Jimmy Dean sausage browned and crumbled. I also used the softened cream cheese with onions and chives in it. It's a lot less work and they came out great.

Garlic Herb Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Made this Sunday. It was just wonderful. The only thing I added was a jigger of red wine and marinaded with all the ingredients in a ziplock bag. Threw it on a charcoal grill for 45 min. Will be making this again and again.

Catherine's Sirloin Tip Roast

very good recipe. Haven't had a tip roast come out this tender in years. will make over and over again. The time was too long if you like med-rare like we do. will cut done on time next time and use a little less garlic.

Scalloped Oysters I

Hot Fudge Sauce I

This was great. I will be making and putting in jars for christmas gifts. I melted the chocolate in the microwave and then added the butter and continued the rest over a low heat on the stove and it came out perfect.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

cooked down a ham bone left over from Christmas and used this instead of the chicken boullion and added some thyme, otherwise, followed the recipe exactly and it was very good,quick and simple. This is what I look for in a recipe.

Bacon Roasted Chicken

This was so moist and delicious and not to mention easy to make. A sure fire winner of a recipe. Only changed from beef broth to chicken broth. After all, I was cooking chicken.

Shortcut Chicken Cordon Bleu

did not really like it this way. However, using the same ingredients (but using cheese slices) I made some changes. First I found that slicing the chicken lengthwise and putting the ham and swiss in between like a sandwich and then browning it and putting it in a baking dish and putting the soup over the top was as easy. I baked it covered for 30 min. and then uncovered for 10 min. in a 350 oven. This recipe is a frequent flier in our house.

Ghirardelli® Hot Fudge Sauce

very tasty by itself when warm, but put it on cold ice cream and it turns to taffy like someone said. I followed the recipe to the tee. Maybe the ten minutes was too long to cook. Would love to know how to solve this problem.
