Fried Rice Restaurant Style
Great basic recipe, Cooked my rice in broth, julienne cut some bacon, then sauteed my carrots in the bacon fat followed by the rice. Topped it all off with some finely diced green onion. No Leftovers!

Old Fashioned Onion Rings
Great basic recipe, Used panko in the food processor, seasoned with Cayenne pepper, Salt, smoked paprika . After slicing onions I soaked them in milk for a few hrs.(Could go overnight) Helps everything stick to the onion. 4.5 stars b4 changes, 5 star after Happy Eats :)

Asian Glazed Chicken Thighs
Good recipe, made as prescribed. Had to substitute rice vinegar; used balsamic.Used whole chicken cut to 10pc, by far the thighs and legs were the best. OOOPS Just noticed I used Sambal Oelek (1tbs ground fresh chili paste) for the 3 tablespoons Asian chili garlic sauce. When I do this again, I will add 1tbs of liquid smoke, just to help balance the flavors.
