Crispy Orange Beef
This was super easy to do, and tasted almost exactly like restaurant quality crispy beef. I found the sweetness of the orange flavour just a touch overwhelming and would suggest that the added orange juice concentrate could be cut in half and the orange zest be doubled. That would preserve a more subtle orange flavour and aroma. Also, while I appreciate that this is supposed to be a mild dish, it benefits greatly from a teaspoon of crushed hot peppers, added at the same time as the zest, ginger, and garlic.

Spaghetti Sauce II
This is a delicious sauce with a classic marinara taste (i.e. it has just a hint of spice). To get that flavour though, you MUST put in the sausage meat: a true spaghetti sauce has the sausage meat stewing along with the tomatoes and other veggies. Which reminds me: my big complaint, and the only reason it isn't five stars, is that it could incorporate far more vegetables. I add mushrooms, thinly sliced carrots, and red peppers to my sauce, and doing that means you don't need any sugar added.

Pineapple Orange Pancakes
This was good, though you could stand to ditch the sugar (pineapple and OJ provides enough on their own), and to really compliment the pineapple, it would be better with a healthy dose of grated orange rind added to the batter. I make stramberry-lemon pancakes regularly and use essentially the same recipe, but the rind is very important.
