This recipe was super easy and VERY yummy! I used 6 medium bananas, baked in two 9x3 pans at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. They came out perfectly moist and delicious. Thanks!!

Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2012
This was DELICIOUS! I will definitely be making this again. A few changes I made were ketchup for tomato paste, no hot sauce, soy sauce for worcestershire, 1/4 c brown sugar and 1/4 c ketchup for topping. And I used a 12 cup muffin tin at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. I served with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. My whole family loved it. Thanks!

Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2011
This was such a tasty dish and so easy to make too! The only changes I made were using ground turkey and not putting so much condensed soup, just enough to make it moist. I also omitted the ketchup because I wasn't sure how well it would go with turkey meat. But this is definitely a keeper. Thanks!!

Veggie Cheese Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2011
This casserole was DELICIOUS! I actually used fresh broccoli and steamed it before I added it. I also used a bunch of spinach like someone suggested. The rest I left the same and it turned out perfect. I will definitely add this to my recipe box. Thank you!

Chicken Long Rice Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2010
Thank you so much for this recipe! We just moved to the islands from the Mainland and have had to change our menu a bit. This is a perfect addition to our meal menu. I doubled the recipe and used chicken bouillon powder instead of stock. To make things easier I added frozen diced onions, boiled it a bit, then added the long rice noodles. At the very end, just before serving, I added about two cups of frozen spinach and two cups of diced rotisserie chicken that I bought at Costco. Believe it or not, we get cold here in Hawaii, and it was perfect for this chilly night. I will definitely be making this many more times! Mahalo!

I've made these twice already and got rave reviews both times. They are so easy to make and yet very delicious. Going to make some for our annual "cookie" exhange.

Cream Corn Like No Other

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2010
This recipe was very easy and very delicious. Some changes I made were that I used canned corn, half and half, and no parmesan cheese. My kiddos were begging for more! I'll be sure to double up next time!

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
My grocery store did not have ziti pasta so I used penne pasta instead. I cooked it a minute less than the directions said. It turned out just as good. I kept everything the same and my WHOLE family loved it. It's definitely a keeper. And I will make it again in the near future. Thanks!

I've never made curry chicken before, so I was a bit scared to make this recipe. I had no reason to be scared. This chicken was so delicious and so easy to make. I didn't change anything in this recipe. It was perfect the first time I made it. Thank you!

Tomato Bisque II

I love this soup! I've kept everything the same except that I use about two cups of diced tomatoes and two cups of tomato sauce. I have yet to make it with fresh tomatoes, but it's tasty this way as well. Thanks for this recipe!
