The only thing that I enjoy more than cooking.....is eating! I love to grill just about anything, from meat to pizza to fruits and veges. Even in February when the snow is waist high and below zero. I enjoy bread making more-so than baking cakes or pastries. Desserts are best kept simple, except for special occasions. Then I may put more thought and effort into an impressive dessert. Personally, Im a fan of cheese and fruit as a closer to a good meal. I lay in bed at night and plan menus in my head......strange, I know. Hmmmmm...grandma Keie's chili con queso, eating so much fruit salad my tongue hurts, Dad's steak dinners, sweet potato casserole at Thanksgiving,...... Well I dont consider myself a professional, but I do work in a high end restaraunt full time and we put out some amazing plates. Ive learned so much by trial and error and experience in the kitchen is invaluable. Oh gosh....too many to count. What doesnt kill you makes you stronger right!!
