I absolutely love "fruit kabobs," and including chocolate and marshmallows...wow! I served at a casual dinner party as a healthy dessert alternative. I also used pineapple (my fave!) along with the apples, bananas, and strawberries, then used a single marshmallow on each stick. I also opted to (generously) drizzle the melted chocolate onto the fruit using a fork...made it gorgeous, slightly healthier, and you could see what fruit you were getting next. Mmm, I wonder if a person could toast the marshmallow slightly before threading. I just could not love this treat any more...thanks for sharing!

No Bake Cookies II

Was looking for a No Bake Cookie recipe without peanut butter, and this one is perfect!! Made my second batch last night, and I love the oatmeal, the chocolate, and how it reminds me of childhood. Thanks so much for the recipe!!

Parmesan Baked Potatoes

These could not BE any easier, and honestly, I get the biggest rave reviews whenever I make these...and I make them all the time. My family INSISTS that I bring these to every holiday/celebratory meal. Thank you SOOOO much for sharing such an easy, delicious recipe!! One of my faves, no question. I wish I could rate it with more stars! :)

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

LOVED this recipe! I made it and brought it over to my boyfriend's parents (nerve-wracking!) and they couldn't stop raving. It's fun to play around with different cream cheeses, and I always sprinkle garlic powder before rolling up. I also lightly graze the tips of the asparagus with EVOO. Could not BE any yummier...thank you!
