I made this for dinner tonight from start to finish in just 20 minutes and it was great. I also only used half the amount of fettucine. I started sauteing the garlic when I started the water for the pasta and had no issues with the sauce not thickening. I think the consistency actually turned out perfect. I did feel like the recipe need some other flavors so I think I will add some onions with the garlic next time.
