Christmas Fruitcake

I guess I'm not sure why this recipe is so popular. I used an egg replacer and it rose fine, but the molasses is so strong that it ruined it for me. It's almost like a strong Boston Brown Bread. I will say it was easy but I'm not giving this one to anyone.

Crispy Barbequed Tofu Slices

I made this for lunch today and give it five stars because even my husband liked it. Thanks to the previous reviewer for sharing the baking tip. Instead of freezing the tofu, I baked the tofu at 375 on a lightly oiled baking pan, before doing the recipe. This saves a lot of time too, no freezing the night before!
