This was very good. I changed a few things and added a few things but nothing to big. I added one tsp on chillie paste instead of two and it still had a lot of kick. While making the peanut sauce It looked like it was going to be very soupy and not enjoyable but I was VERY wrong. It thickened up all by it's self. Mixed my udon noodles with the sauce then topped it off with some black sesame seeds some green onions and a little but of sesame oil. The overall taste was a explosion to my pallet, lovely hints of garlic and ginger then the peanut butter comes out. Very glad I tried this!

This dish is currently in the oven.I'll tell you that I converted the recipe to make 4 servings.I also added a tbs of Worcestershire and a pinch of garlic and I used bread crumbs instead of saltines.I'll come back on later and write a second review.But it looked good going in.
