Very good recipe! I did modify it a bit due to not having Chicken Broth and tomato sauce though. I used Jasmine rice, a can of regular Rotel (drained) and "Better than Bouillon" Chicken Broth mix. This gave it a slightly saltier (just a little) and spicier (jalapeno's in the Rotel) taste. Next time I may go with mild Rotel, but either way it was delicious. Like other reviews, if the rice doesn't puff much when cooking in the veg. oil, the broth will certainly puff it up and make it perfect.
