I liked these a lot. My only problem with them is that they didn't really rise at all. Maybe my baking powder was a little old. I'll definitely make these again, though, because the flavor was awesome, and they were really flaky and tender!

This recipe was ok. I didn't really like the sweetness of the biscuits. I've made other biscuits without sugar, and I think I prefer a more savory biscuit. So, if you prefer a sweeter biscuit, then these are probably perfect for you!

Blueberry Oatmeal Coffee Cake

This recipe was just ok. It turned out very dense, and there wasn't much flavor in the cake. It was done in about 18 minutes in my oven. Mom liked it, but it's not one that I would make again. Maybe with a little vanilla extract or some almond extract it would be better. I might add a little lemon zest, too, to up the flavor.
