Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2012
These are awesome! Added a little more cayenne pepper for an extra kick. The only problem I have with them is that after cooking the mushrooms they release a lot of water and make the mushrooms a little soggy. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks.

Tangy Honey Glazed Ham

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2011
This is an awesome glaze for ham! Thank you. I followed the ingredients, the only thing I did differently was put the ham in a bag with all of the glaze and with the pineapple from the can. The pineapple delicious too! My ham was 5 pounds, and only took about an an hour and a half to cook.

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2011
This is a great marinade. I have to say after looking at the ingredients I was a little scared but it turned out great. I cooked it as k-bobs with pineapple. I used concentrated lime juice, lemon juice and dijon mustard because that is all I had and it was wonderful. Thanks for the recipe!

German Chocolate Cake Frosting II

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2011
Great recipe! Thanks for sharing. I just used butter b/c that's what was on hand. I also added more coconut and it helped thicken the frosting. Made it for fathers day and he loved it. :)

Best Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: May 24, 2011
Really yummy! A great way to hide the fishy tuna flavor. I added and omitted depending on what I had on hand. I added 1/2 celery, and 1/4 milk to make it a little more saucy. I omitted mushrooms because I was out, but they would probably be a great addition. Also didn't have potato chips so added french onions! Yummy. You can really add and subtract with this recipe and still keep the flavor.

Lemon Square Bars

Reviewed: May 16, 2011
These are fantastic. Just got them out of the oven! I haven't had these in a long time. I made two changes. I decreased the butter to a 3/4 cup and added 1/4 cup apple sauce. I also decreased the sugar to 1 3/4 cups. They are fantastic. You could probably decrease both a little more. Thanks for the recipe.

No Bake Cookies III

Reviewed: May 9, 2011
I have made these over and over growing up. They are delicious. I use butter or margarine and don't add the salt. It's not needed. A great cookie for kids to learn how to make.

Strawberry Romaine Salad I

Reviewed: May 6, 2011
This salad is wonderful! Simple, beautiful and tasty. The only changes were suggestions from other reviewers and they really add to the salad. I added sliced almonds and cranberries. If you don't know what a Bermuda onion is it's just a regular sweet onion. I used red and chopped it up pretty small. My husband (not a big salad eater) loved it!

This cake was delicious! I followed gneebeanie review. Currently the 1st review. The only thing I changed because I was out of oil was I used 1/4 cup oil and 1 cup applesauce and I used better crocker cream cheese because I had it on hand. YUMMY. Cooked for 45 middle did not fall. Thank you so much. The family loved it.

Best of the Best Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2011
I have to give these 4 stars even though they didn't have a nice muffin top. Very delicious. I changed minor things like using whole wheat flour and frozen fruit medley because this is what I had on hand. I used baking soda on accident but they were still fabulous. Will make again. I think a little cinnamon would be wonderful in these too. Thanks so much Auntlynnie!

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2010
My husband made this and actually made a lot of mistakes but it was still fantastic! Easy and hearty! I followed other reviewers and cut the baking mix and milk in half and it was perfect for the pot we used. WONDERFUL---- (my husband said it was better than his mothers recipe and that doesn't happen very often :)
